What you'll do

• Maintain active surveillance of the assigned pool area
• review and follow the aquatic safety plan and emergency procedures
• respond to emergencies and complete reports
• enforce pool and aquatic-area safety rules
• maintain records
• check rescue equipment and inspect for hazards
• perform chemical testing when not actively guarding
• help keep pool and surrounding areas clean.

Why this role

Available Monday–Friday shifts include 4:45–7:30 a.m., 7:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m., and 12:00–5:00 p.m.; current lifeguard, CPR, AED, oxygen administration, and first aid certifications are required.
