What you'll do

• Manage EOIR cases from assignment through completion
• prepare and file applications, motions, briefs, appeals, evidence, and supporting documents
• draft correspondence and case documents for attorney review
• coordinate case strategy and hearing preparation
• communicate with clients
• maintain records
• file through EOIR ECAS
• monitor calendars and deadlines.
