What you'll do
- Support and maintain the Food Safety and Quality Assurance program
- follow standard operating procedures, USDA regulations, company policies, and HACCP activities
- assist the QA Manager with daily tasks and audits
- report issues
- adjust processes to meet quality standards
- maintain required records
- check product labeling for compliance
- set up product sampling and testing and submit results
- promote workplace safety.
