The Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) is an onsite role based in Norman, OK. Compensation is $75,000–$85,000 per year, plus up to $30,000 in annual performance incentives. This role supports the autism services department at ACES, a leading provider of ABA therapy. The role exists to design, develop, and implement customized ABA programs to meet the unique needs of children with autism and developmental disabilities. The BCaBA works collaboratively with families and clinicians while mentoring Behavior Technicians to deliver exceptional direct services.
