What you'll do

• Manage commercial metal stud framing and drywall projects from pre-construction through closeout
• coordinate estimators, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
• maintain schedules, budgets, and documentation
• monitor field progress and address delays
• review submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress billings
• lead weekly project meetings
• ensure compliance with plans, specifications, safety requirements, and company standards
• assist with manpower planning, logistics, and procurement
• and maintain relationships with general contractors, developers, and subcontractors.
