What you'll do

  • Coach residential students through daily schedules, community expectations, social situations, and individual goals
  • support Student MAP routines and action steps
  • build professional relationships with clear boundaries
  • address and de-escalate well-being concerns
  • facilitate social interactions and community activities
  • document progress
  • maintain common spaces and assist with meals
  • provide on-call coverage as scheduled.
