What you'll do

• Lead team members and supervise vendors
• support leasing and marketing goals
• provide resident service and resolve conflicts
• prepare apartments and keys for move-ins
• monitor curb appeal and property standards
• assist with daily operations and team training
• manage invoices, rent charges, collections, budgets, and month-end reporting
• review financial variances and coordinate resident service charges.
