Data Collection Representative — Current Employment Statistics

What you'll do

• Enroll companies in the CES survey through telephone outreach
• conduct outbound calls and CATI interviews
• research and verify respondent information
• process confidential records
• screen and edit data, reconcile errors, and maintain detailed case notes
• answer respondent calls and emails
• encourage survey participation
• meet productivity and quality metrics
• follow BLS protocols and confidentiality requirements.
