It guides radio systems from customer requirements through qualification and production while developing engineers and engineering processes.

What you'll do

• Serve as technical authority for complete radio designs and system architecture
• guide modulation technique selection and implementation
• translate customer needs into system-level requirements and specifications
• lead products through requirements, qualification, and production
• lead design reviews and approve releases
• mentor engineers
• lead technical discussions with aerospace primes, government, and FAA customers
• partner with the President on proposals and programs
• establish engineering processes and documentation standards.
