What you'll do

• Drive service and retail sales, Wax Passes, and future bookings
• manage center KPIs and revenue goals
• build local partnerships and execute community marketing

• resolve escalated guest concerns
• recruit, hire, train, and retain staff
• manage schedules, labor, timekeeping, payroll, deposits, inventory, and operational compliance.
