The Cook — Various Levels role is onsite in Sparks, NV, with pay of $20–$24 per hour depending on experience. The schedule is Monday–Saturday, 5:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m., with approximately five hours of required weekly overtime. The cook supports a high-volume banquet food service operation serving construction crews at a large data center project. The cook prepares scratch meals from fresh ingredients and standardized recipes across kitchen stations, helping provide consistent food service to a large crew. Food quality, portion control, sanitation, and organized kitchen operations are central to the work.

What you'll do

• Cook high-volume meals from scratch using standardized recipes at grill, sauté, fryer, and prep stations
• wash, chop, portion, and prepare ingredients
• maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation
• follow food and construction-site safety procedures
• keep kitchen and service areas clean
• support dishwashing and other kitchen duties during peak periods.
