Accounting Manager

The manager leads property accounting work across a portfolio of approximately 30–35 properties, ensuring accurate financial reporting and timely close and audit processes. The role coordinates with operations, clients, auditors, and property accountants to support financial oversight and property transitions.

What you'll do

• Manage daily accounting functions and review financial statements, reconciliations, and wires
• communicate with third-party clients about financial statements, distributions, and tax filings
• oversee property transitions and dispositions
• partner with operations on budgets, reforecasts, and funding draws
• train and manage property accountants
• support monthly, year-end, and audit requirements.

Why this role
