What you'll do

• Perform comprehensive evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and treatment planning
• manage acute illnesses, chronic diseases, and complex conditions
• order and interpret diagnostic tests
• provide preventive care and patient education
• coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams
• document encounters in Athena EMR
• follow evidence-based guidelines
• participate in quality improvement, peer review, and performance metrics
• collaborate with clinical and administrative colleagues.
