What you'll do

• Coach branch associates with the Banking Center Manager and support employment, training, scheduling, and associate relations
• serve as a liaison for complex escalations
• support talent management and succession planning
• build customer and associate relationships
• represent the bank at community events
• support branch performance and consumer loan growth
• coach needs-based customer conversations
• develop community and internal business partnerships
• prepare branch reports
• support AML/BSA, operational, audit, security, and business continuity requirements
• perform branch functions as needed, including teller, client advisor, and branch support coordinator duties
• assist customers with notary and signature guarantee services
• source treasury management and small business lending needs.
