What you'll do

• Supervise program activities and work with a supervisor to establish and expand programs. Support staff and volunteers, maintain staff records, and monitor daily pool operations and maintenance. Schedule classes, practices, and events
• compile program statistics and evaluate participation. Assist with marketing, fundraising, special events, and staff meetings or training. Follow abuse prevention and mandated reporting requirements.
