What you'll do

• Manage and optimize ManageEngine for patching, endpoint management, asset tracking, compliance monitoring, and reporting
• oversee patching for Windows servers, workstations, and mobile devices
• maintain secure Windows environments
• administer BitLocker, recovery keys, CIS Benchmark baselines, and endpoint controls
• manage IT assets from deployment through secure disposal
• troubleshoot vulnerabilities, patch failures, conflicts, performance issues, and endpoint incidents
• develop automation, standards, procedures, reports, and remediation strategies
• partner with technical and business teams on compliance and security.
