Reimbursement Specialist

The Reimbursement Specialist role is onsite in Garnet Valley, PA, with an 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Central or Eastern schedule. Compensation is $23–$27 per hour. LUX Infusion focuses on making infusion care more human, supportive, and connected. This role supports patient access to care by ensuring accurate, timely reimbursement and helping prevent billing issues from delaying therapy. It works with payers and internal pharmacy, care coordination, and field teams to manage claims, resolve denials, and maintain reimbursement records.

What you'll do

• Submit clean claims to primary and secondary payers
• review, correct, and resubmit rejected or denied claims
• verify eligibility, authorizations, and documentation
• maintain patient billing files
• confirm delivery dates and invoice applicable patient responsibility
• coordinate with internal teams and payers
• track accounts receivable and report status
• respond to payer requests
• support contract maintenance, audits, quality assurance, and training.
