What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple multifamily properties, including preventive maintenance, building systems, capital projects, and vendor contracts
• lead leasing strategy and performance
• recruit, train, mentor, and manage on-site teams
• manage budgets and review monthly P&L statements and property KPIs
• inspect properties for safety and maintenance standards
• address escalated resident concerns and ensure compliance, including Fair Housing laws.
