What you'll do

• Lead revenue-generating sales activities
• respond to inquiries and walk-in visitors and convert leads into move-ins
• develop outreach strategies and referral networks
• assess prospective residents’ and families’ needs and present tailored Assisted Living or Memory Care options
• follow up with prospects
• build partnerships with local businesses, healthcare providers, and senior resources
• document sales activity in the CRM
• partner with executive and regional leaders on sales strategies
• coach staff on referrals and prospect engagement.
