What you'll do

• Coordinate onsite event logistics
• confirm venue, audiovisual, catering, and rental arrangements
• prepare registration and name badges
• manage onsite ticket sales
• store and transport event inventory
• set up and remove signage and materials
• support sponsors
• coordinate rental vendors
• monitor attendee experience.
