What you'll do

• Provide customer service while following site procedures and policies
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter
• monitor access points and visitor activity and verify credentials as directed
• report suspicious activity and access issues
• respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations
• prepare accurate reports and maintain detailed patrol and incident logs.
