What you'll do
- Provides post-operative care for complex surgical population, including new tracheostomies, complex wound management (wound vacs), and ostomy care and education.
- Works collaboratively with general surgical and OMFS residency services.
- Completes initial assessment and develops plan of care, implements interventions, and modifies plan based on continuous evaluation.
- Ensures patient and employee safety, communicates effectively, and offers constructive feedback.
