What you'll do

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care using evidence-based practice
• assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• monitor patient conditions and respond to clinical needs
• administer medications, treatments, and therapies
• collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and other team members
• educate patients and families
• document care and uphold patient safety and quality standards.
