Compensation is $29–$34 per year. The Customer Service Management Trainee is an onsite role based in Caledonia, WI. This role exists to develop future leaders through a comprehensive hands-on training program. The trainee will learn to manage and develop a team of customer service representatives, set performance goals, and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
