Tier II Field Technician — Miami, FL

What you'll do

• Provide onsite client support for complex technical issues
• configure and install routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and audiovisual equipment
• troubleshoot computers, mobile devices, printers, and networking equipment
• participate in network installations, server migrations, and hardware upgrades
• collaborate with Tier 3 technicians
• conduct presales discovery site visits
• update clients and internal teams on tickets
• document interactions and procedures
• follow established service processes.

Why this role
