Sales Director (Community Specialist)

What you'll do

• Manage community occupancy and revenue goals
• use Salesforce to track sales funnels, conversion ratios, and move-in metrics
• comply with Fair Housing and Federal Trade Commission requirements
• develop referral sources
• make daily outbound calls and schedule tours
• manage the leasing center during construction
• tour models or vacant apartments
• assist with marketing and resident events
• prepare reports and coordinate prospect and resident information.
