What you'll do

• Conduct field walk-throughs and monitor contractor work against drawings and specifications
• verify construction quality
• document progress, quantities, and photographs
• coordinate equipment readiness and operator training
• track capital expenditures and invoices
• evaluate change orders
• manage submittal, RFI, and transmittal logs
• monitor MSHA and site safety compliance
• perform containment checks and support safety and environmental inspections.
