What you'll do

• Manage property operations and financial goals
• oversee leasing, waitlists, collections, resident retention, maintenance, contractors, reporting, safety, and compliance
• maintain lease and resident files
• administer applicable HUD, tax-credit, and other program requirements
• prepare budgets and monitor expenses
• supervise and develop staff
• coordinate resident services
• inspect the property and units
• support marketing, leasing, and occupancy goals.
