What you'll do

• Build patient relationships and provide medical support
• determine patient needs and assist with frame selection
• operate auto and manual lensometers
• recommend lenses, coatings, and frames
• collect optical measurements
• dispense orders and repair or adjust frames
• enter orders in E360
• maintain frame presentation and inventory accuracy
• perform assigned office duties.

Why this role

High school diploma or GED and at least one year of customer- or patient-facing experience are required. Medical office experience is preferred and ophthalmic experience strongly preferred. ABO/ABOC and NCLE certifications are preferred but not required and may be obtained within the first two years. Open availability is required for shifts within Monday–Friday 8 a.m.–7 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m.–1 p.m.
