Material Handler / MRB Coordinator

The Material Handler / MRB Coordinator role is onsite in Morgan Hill, CA, and pays $21–$23 per hour. The full-time position supports Tecan’s manufacturing operations and coordinates the Material Review Board process for damaged, defective, or nonconforming materials. The role keeps materials safely received, stored, tracked, and available for production while ensuring nonconforming items are identified, documented, segregated, and dispositioned according to company procedures. It works across Production, Quality, Engineering, and Purchasing to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records.

What you'll do

• Move and stage materials using material-handling equipment
• receive, inspect, store, pick, pack, and distribute materials
• maintain inventory records and complete system transactions
• conduct inventory counts and investigate discrepancies
• identify, label, segregate, document, and track nonconforming materials
• coordinate MRB documentation, status updates, and disposition
• maintain a clean and safe work area.
