Assistant Store Manager

What you'll do

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service
• supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom
• assist in setting team member goals and providing coaching
• participate in the hiring process
• ensure telephone is answered according to policy
• process online orders and store transfers
• manage special orders
• handle customer returns and exchanges
• ensure merchandise is invoiced
• communicate Zipline messages
• perform store opening/closing duties
• maintain store building and equipment.
