Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time Flex, located in Driscoll, ND. This is an onsite position with a salary range of $32.50 - $48.00 per hour. Good Samaritan is a not-for-profit organization with over 100 years of service to seniors. This role is responsible for providing individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process. The RN collaborates with healthcare professionals, residents, and families to plan and evaluate care, ensuring it meets age and population-specific standards.

What you'll do

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care.
• Collaborate with resident and family, other inter-disciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge and utilize appropriate age and population specific standards as designated in their assigned clinical setting.
• Care for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Responsible for the coordination of care, resident assessment, resident education and various other nursing interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks to license and unlicensed assistive personnel.
• Functions within the scopes and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules in state of practice and licensure.

What we're looking for

Education

Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.

Experience

Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
