Toddler Teacher

The Toddler Teacher role is onsite in Mounds View, MN. Compensation is $20–$22 per hour. The position is with a faith-based, play-based early learning center serving toddlers and their families. The teacher creates a safe and engaging classroom, leads age-appropriate learning and play, and supports children’s social, emotional, language, and physical development. The role also guides daily routines, communicates with families, and works with classroom staff to meet licensing requirements.

What you'll do

• Create a safe, warm toddler classroom
• plan and lead age-appropriate play and learning activities
• support children’s development
• guide meals, transitions, and personal care
• communicate with families about children’s days and progress
• work with classroom staff and follow licensing requirements. If assigned as lead, guide classroom planning and daily activities.
