What you'll do

• Lead and supervise physicians and advanced practice providers
• hire and manage clinician performance
• build clinical quality management using metrics, technology, process, and coaching
• partner with dietitians and other disciplines
• work with Product and Operations to improve care and products
• provide direct patient care on a part-time clinical load
• help develop new visit types, provider types, and service lines.
