The Registered Behavior Technician – Autism Technician role is onsite in Metairie, LA. Compensation is not specified. Behavior Teaching Concepts provides applied behavior analysis services for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. The technician delivers direct one-to-one care and implements individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts. The role supports clients’ communication, social interaction, adaptive behavior, and other treatment goals through structured sessions and data collection.

What you'll do

• Provide direct one-to-one care to clients aged 18 months through adulthood
• implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans developed by a BCBA
• accompany clients on community and social outings
• collaborate with parents, schools, and other therapists
• collect, record, and summarize data
• travel between service locations as required.
