Team Lead — Companion Care Home (7:00 AM–3:00 PM, Tuesday–Saturday)

The Team Lead role is onsite in Whitehall Township, PA, with a stated schedule of 7:00 AM–3:00 PM Tuesday through Saturday. Compensation is $19–$19.50 per hour. Lehigh Valley Companion Care Homes provides care and support for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism. The Team Lead guides direct-care staff and helps ensure consistent, person-centered services in a home. The role supports individuals’ safety, independence, dignity, and community integration while coordinating staff, documentation, and care practices.

What you'll do

• Set team objectives and communicate expectations
• direct assigned staff
• provide everyday living services and care
• monitor behavior support plans and documentation
• train, schedule, and support staff
• ensure regulatory and policy compliance
• coordinate with families and stakeholders
• provide after-hours and on-call coverage
• conduct daily audits
• provide shift coverage when needed.
