What you'll do

• Set up and manage the cook station
• receive and communicate guest orders
• prepare and plate menu items to company standards
• maintain sanitation and safety standards
• prepare and communicate prep lists
• coordinate with other station cooks
• communicate completed orders to the expediter or server
• follow food receiving, storage, and end-of-shift procedures
• assist team members as needed.
