The technician ensures system performance through troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and configuration management.

What you'll do

• Perform preventative maintenance on intrusion, video, access control, fire and integrated systems, contact customers to schedule calls, escalate problems, report service ticket data, interact professionally with customers, maintain communication with mentors, organize truck stock, and attend training.
