What you'll do

• Assist with audits of employee, payroll, benefits, I-9, and other HR records
• prepare HR reports and documents
• process invoices and maintain expense reports
• assist with job postings, job fairs, recruiting events, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding
• support payroll audits, reporting, and data entry
• assist employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries
• coordinate training schedules and records
• support engagement and recognition programs
• publish the monthly HR newsletter
• coordinate employee housing administration
• serve as a point of contact for employees and visitors
• maintain confidentiality.
