CNC Setup Technician — Nights

What you'll do

• Track equipment performance and production data
• adjust setups, calibrations, and alignments
• set up CNC lathes, mills, grinders, and other equipment
• write or modify CNC programs
• analyze out-of-tolerance conditions
• interpret CMM reports
• maintain fixtures and tooling
• monitor tool wear
• review cutter paths to reduce cycle time
• work with Engineering on program launches
• and provide direct supervision to operators when the supervisor is absent.
