Patient Access Representative Supervisor

Directs the workflow of the front office staff, ensuring that communication between PARs and Rev Cycle is efficient and productive. Assign duties to PARs to best serve our patients. Works to facilitate patient. flow and ensure an accurate and complete demographic for each patient.
