What you'll do

• Lead, train, and supervise onsite staff
• oversee resident retention, renewals, leasing, and resident relations
• monitor market trends and implement marketing strategies
• partner with the Service Director on property condition
• manage rent collection, delinquency, move-out statements, and financial reports
• inspect the property and coordinate with maintenance
• follow Fair Housing laws and company policies.
