What you'll do

• Help oversee a team of engineers
• maintain building systems and HVAC
• monitor spa water quality and pool chemistry
• maintain smart-room technology, elevators, and emergency systems
• implement preventive maintenance schedules
• inspect guest-facing areas
• schedule and train engineering staff
• foster cross-training in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
• manage CMMS workflows, daily logs, inventory, overtime, and departmental budgets
• coordinate capital improvements and refurbishment projects
• maintain crisis response protocols and conduct safety drills
• ensure work meets safety and brand standards.
