What you'll do
- Operates 120-barrel automated brewing systems including milling, mashing, and boiling.
- Performs pre- and post-cleaning and sanitation of lines and vessels.
- Conducts cellar tasks such as yeast pitching, filtration, and tank CIPs.
- Maintains accurate production records.
- Assists maintenance technicians with repairs.
