The role supports GatherGuard, Intact’s digital insurance solution for small events, within the Entertainment team. The associate grows venue partnerships and digital customer acquisition by combining outbound business development, growth marketing, and performance analysis. The role uses approved AI tools with human review to improve prospect research and outreach while supporting measurable, repeatable growth.

What you'll do

• Research and build targeted venue prospect lists
• conduct outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, and other approved outreach
• explain GatherGuard and guide interested venues through onboarding
• maintain follow-up and reactivate existing partners
• identify scalable partnership opportunities
• support SEO, paid search, landing-page, content, and conversion initiatives
• monitor acquisition metrics and recommend controlled tests
• use approved AI tools with fact-checking, privacy safeguards, and human oversight
• report activity and results
• collaborate with Entertainment leadership, Underwriting, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and technology partners. Occasional travel for venue meetings, conferences, or team activities may be required.
