Driver Manager — Third Shift

What you'll do

• Build relationships with assigned drivers
• monitor performance, revenue, mileage, fuel efficiency, delivery, and safety metrics
• coach drivers and document interactions
• communicate weekly plans and load assignments
• coordinate with planners and customer service
• update ETAs and driver statuses
• ensure compliance with safety protocols and DOT regulations
• track driver credentials and training
• conduct daily check-ins
• support onboarding
• maintain fleet system records
• provide on-call availability.
