The director collaborates with physicians, senior leadership, Utilization Review, and the multidisciplinary team, and may provide direct clinical support when needed.

What you'll do

• Supervise therapists, interns, and clinical team members
• monitor therapy, treatment planning, and documentation
• lead multidisciplinary treatment and staffing meetings
• provide consultation on complex or higher-acuity cases
• step in for individual or group therapy when clinically necessary
• support staff development, scheduling, and coverage
• maintain compliance and quality improvement
• help develop programming and coordinate clinical services.
