What you'll do

• Consult with business teams on project scoping and translate business requirements into functional requirements. Document, analyze, and test integrations
• review and create technical specifications
• create integration test plans
• configure or request configurations using Tableau, SQL, Informatica, ServiceNow, and AGS360
• support sFTP governance and access
• request and confirm UNIX directory structures and permissions
• monitor technology advancements and recommend efficiencies
• troubleshoot integration failures and logic gaps, including validating data with SQL
• maintain work requests
• and contribute to team best practices.
