The Direct Support Professional — Community Networking role is onsite in the Matthews, NC area of Union County. Pay is $22.27–$22.52 per hour. The professional provides community networking and individualized assistance to support a person’s daily living, social development, and community participation. The role helps the individual build healthy social habits and pursue valued social roles while supporting personal needs and medication routines.

What you'll do

• Provide instruction and assistance in home living environments
• help the individual identify and acquire valued social roles
• facilitate community integration and healthy social habits
• dispense medication and monitor dosages
• transport and accompany the individual to day programs, work sites, and community activities.
