Programs Assistant (On-Call)

What you'll do

• Assist with program coordination, reception, event support, communications, documentation, and reporting
• prepare venues for events, including light cleaning and moving furniture or equipment
• support gallery preparation
• serve as a gallery attendant
• maintain front-desk and merchandise-area readiness
• assist with merchandise and concessions
• use point-of-sale and ticketing software
• handle cash
• serve alcohol and concessions according to policy and law.
